This policy explains what information LaunchTides ("we," "us") collects through launchtides.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's written in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), service interest, budget (optional), timeline (optional), and your project message.
- Free Website Audit form: name, email, and your website URL.
- Newsletter signup: email address only.
- Booking a call: handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool — see their privacy policy for how they process your information.
We do not use cookies for advertising or run third-party ad-tracking scripts on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, audit request, or newsletter signup
- To send the free website audit you requested
- To send occasional newsletter emails, only if you signed up — you can unsubscribe at any time
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Call bookings are processed through Calendly. Both are third-party services with their own security and privacy practices.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@launchtides.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
