These terms govern your use of the launchtides.com website. They're separate from — and don't replace — the signed Client Services Agreement that governs any actual project work we do together.
Use of this website
You're welcome to browse this site, read its content, and use its forms to contact us, request a free audit, or subscribe to our newsletter. Please don't use automated tools to scrape or submit our forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Content ownership
The design, code, copy, and concept work shown on this site — including the portfolio concept pieces — belong to LaunchTides unless otherwise noted. The portfolio pieces (Marrow, Caldera, Cadence) are fictional concept projects created to demonstrate our design range; they are not real businesses or real client work.
No guarantee of results
Timelines, pricing ranges, and outcomes mentioned on this site (for example, "2–4 week" build estimates) are general and illustrative. Actual project scope, timeline, and cost are only binding once confirmed in a signed proposal or Client Services Agreement.
Third-party tools
This site uses Netlify Forms to process form submissions and Calendly to handle call bookings. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own terms.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is." LaunchTides isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
